In Portugal you can charge the car using the Mobi.e network, the Tesla Destination charger network and the Supercharger network.
Tesla Club Portugal recommends the use of the app Miio or app Carregar to search for charging stations and charging price simulation.
Public Network
Mobi.e is the only network available in Portugal. In order to charge in this network you will need to register and request the card from one of the energy sellers:
All other sellers will not accept foreign registrations.

Parking is free while charging but you should move your vehicle as soon as the charging is ready to avoid upsetting other EV owners in need of charging.
